AODA - Limited Accessibility Policy

InKan Limited and all of our employees are committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their independence and self-respect. As anorganization we promote inclusion and equal opportunity for all employees, clients, suppliers and visitors and are committed to meeting the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) by removing and preventing barriers to accessibility for employees, clients, suppliers and visitors wherever possible and in a timely manner.

 

InKan Limited has developed and implemented an Accessible Policy specific to the organization. This policy is updated and maintained by the HR and HS department.This policy outlines our strategy to remove and prevent barriers and meet our requirements under AODA. Any changes to the multi-step plan and accessibility policy will be developed in accordance with consultation with relevant codes and standards along with the AODA.

 

Although InKan Limited is not open to the general public, InKan Limited will ensure that clients invited to our premises are treated with dignity and respect, allowing the clients service animals access to the facility, allow support people to accompany them and ensure that InKan Limited staff are trained and familiar with accommodating people with disabilities.
